One of the main reasons to compete is the unique enduro rallye terrain in the Red Bull Romaniacs regions. The terrain has gained a compelling reputation in the world of 'hard enduro'. Many competitors want to experience this for themselves and see if this enduro rallye can really be as gruelling and gnarly as its reputation and at the same time as varied and stunningly beautiful as the event videos display.

Competing in this unique, vast, wilderness terrain is a big motivational force drawing enduro enthusiasts from 60+ nations from all around the world.

Red Bull Romaniacs hard enduro rallye celebrates the worldwide growth of this sport and has become recognised worldwide as ''The World's toughest hardest and longest event. But!  an event thats designed to cater for the varied skill levels of amatuer competitors.It has 5 classes Gold, Silver, Bronze, Iron and Atom. 
New for 2025 is new race classe ADVenture &  'E' moto

A race class to suit every amatuer skill level, but be warned, you got to train hard to be able to celebrate being a Red Bull Romaniacs Finisher, many have tried and failed !

No matter whatever is the worldwide 'current situation' the Romaniacs event management team and staff make agreements, find solutions and apply them to allow competitors from all over the world to race safely in Romania ever year.

Edition 22 - July 22-26. 2025 - will again bring competitors from all race classes together, competing alongside the world's top hard enduro professionals, while at times having to help & encourage each other in some of the most difficult, extreme, hostile and remote situations they have ever encountered offroad on a motorcycle.

The event is motivated by the 35,000+ altitude meters that Gold class competitors have to climb and decend in Red Bull Romaniacs events
- this is almost four times the height of Mount Everest and the most altitude metres ever driven in any 'hard enduro rallye' event.worldwide.
Red Bull Romaniacs is the toughest, longest hard enduro rallye in the world,  A must do event, many come to try to be a finisher at least once, though many competitors come every year to again challenge themselves and their motorcycles against the vertical and incredible decent tracks of the Carpathian mountains.
