On board camera filming

Red Bull Romaniacs hard enduro rallye   UNSTOPPABLE   Edition 23

On board camera filming by ALL competitors is allowed at the:
- Event opening ceremony - During the Nation's motorcycle parade & filming the Gold class Prolog testing
- During the Prolog morning qualifications & afternoon Prolog Finals 
- At the Competitor paddock & Service points, Offroad finishes, Sibiu final hill climb arena

On board camera filming is specifically NOT ALLOWED on the Offroad race tracks
For event media output purposes, ONLY the below people have permission to use on board cameras and do media filming on the race tracks:
1. Nominated Romaniacs accredited Media - 'On Board camera Competitors
2. Romaniacs ‘RBR LIVEnews team’ members filming with either On board cameras, smart phones, media cameras.
3. Romaniacs media filmer's & their 'accredited pilot licenced drone operators'


Steps needed to become a Romaniacs accredited Media - 'On board camera Competitor'
A. Complete the On Board camera competitor - accreditation form  Note: You must prove you have active media, social media credentials.
B. If you are a 'Media competitor' and wish to use an on board camera - email Susan Mould with your media credentials & what your intention is to do with the footage taken.
C. agree to the 'Terms of participation-on board filmingbreaching these 'Terms and conditions' will face monetary and legal penalties
D. If  accepted as a On Board camera competitor then at the inscription process on July 25 or 26 you must sign in with Susan Mould at the Media office.
Note:
Only 10 competitors in 2026 will be allowed to use an on board camera on Offroad event days.1

WARNING: Any competitors attempting to film using an on board camera or media device on the off-road days tracks without the written and express permission of Romaniacs will be immediately disqualified and barred from any further involvement in Red Bull Romaniacs event(s).


DRONES
Are NOT PERMITTED at the Romaniacs Prolog, spectator points and at any event location.
Professional drone pilot licences are required in Romania and direct pre-event approval from the authorities and by Romaniacs media MUST be obtained.
Our professional media team have the needed professional drone pilot licences and permissions required to film with drone(s) to produce official media footage for public viewing.
