On board camera filming

Red Bull Romaniacs hard enduro rallye
July 22-26. 2025    GAME CHANGER   Edition 22

On board camera filming is allowed at the:
- Event opening ceremony - During the Nation's motorcycle parade & filming the Gold class Prolog testing
- During the Prolog morning qualifications & afternoon Prolog Finals 
- At the Aria Competitor paddock & Service points, Offroad finishes, Sibiu final hill climb arena
 

On board camera filming is specifically NOT ALLOWED on the Offroad race tracks
For event media output purposes, ONLY the below people have permission to use on board cameras and do media filming on the race tracks:-
- Nominated Amateur & F.I.M hard enduro world championship competitors
- Romaniacs ‘RBR LIVEnews team’ members filming with either On board cameras, smart phones, media cameras.
- Nominated and accredited 'Romaniacs Media Competitors’
- Red Bull media house filmers

Steps to take to become a 'Romaniacs Media competitor'
1. Be aware that around 10 competitors in 2025 will be allowed to be Romaniacs ''Media competitors" and use an on board camera.
2. If you are a 'Media competitor' who wishes to use an on board camera please email Susan Mould with your media credentials & what your intention is to do with the footage taken.
3. Complete the 2025 Media accreditation form  Note: You must prove you have active media, social media credentials.

If you are accepted as a 'Media competitor'.then at the inscription process on July 20 or 21 you must sign in at the Media office.

All nominated 'Media accredited competitors' must agree to the 'Terms of participation-on board filming', anyone breaching these 'Terms and conditions' will face substantial monetary and legal penalties.

The list of nominated 'Media competitors' who are allowed to use on board cameras will be published.

Note: Any competitors who attempts to film using an on board camera or media device during the event without the written and express permission of Red Bull Romaniacs will be immediately disqualified and barred from any further involvement in Red Bull Romaniacs event(s).
 

Drones use
Drone use by anyone at the Romaniacs Prolog, spectator points and at any event location is NOT permitted.
Professional drone licences are applicable in Romania and direct pre-event approval from the authorities and Red Bull Romaniacs media MUST be obtained. Our professional media team have the needed professional drone licences and the required permissions to film with drone(s) to produce official media footage for public viewing.
