The Husqvarna mechanics are catching a breath while waiting for thier competitors to arrive. These teams go from the start to the Service Point and have to be there before the competitors. They too are against the clock during the race. Once the competitors leave the Service Point they then have to get to the finish in time to beat the first finishers.
